✨ Return Policy

• We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

To initiate a return, please email us at info@shoplamavi.com with your order number and reason for return.

📦 Exchanges

• We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
• If you’d like a different item, please return your purchase and place a new order.

🚫 Non-returnable items

• Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
• Custom or made-to-order pieces are final sale.

💰 Refunds

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
